Imagine what kind of grief you'd get for kicking them out of the house and telling them to go out and play not to come back until dark - that's the way I was raised (after the chores and homework were done) and I got up to all manner of dangerous and dastardly shit that would turn a modern parent's hair white

I guess I asked the question about content or packaging because if as it appears this is a question of packaging and child safety regulations the use of the word 'banning' is a little misleadingwhat this seems to be is a continuation of the larger social phenomenon of being (overly)protective of our children
this in another guise is the same impulse that has ruined halloween (over a few bad apples?) and rendered this generation of bugs bunny cartoons insipid pablum
