YES!!! We need something that incorporates all of those things which make him unique...any ideas?
Okay everyone - here are my graphics I made with quotes and how they match up with everything good about Jamie :)
If you have any other examples of what would be good to use, let me know - or if I find any others I'll add them :)
Yay! This is going to be great :) He may be the underdog, but Jamie still has a fighting chance - especially with the #SparkArmy behind him!

LOL IT'S PERFECT. I could tell by the first line that it worked! (I mean, some of the actual science-y equations kind of lost me, but the message is there - which is the main thing)
Kelly (Diva Booknerd) wrote: "Do you want to add another mod too? If you click on 'members' up the top on the right hand side, we'll all show up and next to our profiles it'll have the option to 'add moderator'."I just added Kate as a mod as well - do you want to be one too?
Kelly (Diva Booknerd) wrote: "I'd start with subtle cues, or we'll look like pushers otherwise :D If you read a book that reminds you of Spark, pop that in your review, 'reminiscent of Rachael Craw's Spark', or something simila..."That's a really good point Kelly - it's definitely important to have a balance to our fangirling as well :)
First of all, yes you can take the time to laugh at my small attempt to make a punny title for this discussion...*cue crickets and tumbleweeds*
ANYWAY.
Spark has a lot of positive hype going for it at the moment, which I'm sure we could all agree is a fantastic thing to see. The question remains though between this book and Stray, how to keep that positive recognition going.
I'd say putting up the banners by myself and Kelly is a great place to start, along with maybe posting about the #SparkArmy in a post somewhere?
If you guys have any other ideas to achieve this - post them here! :)
Rachael wrote: "I have no idea where it should go! Lol. I am ill equipped to steer such a ship ... Or in this case, canoe. I'm happy just to turn up and do as I'm told. Besides I can't recruit people to SPARKARMY ..."Totally understandable about the self-promo thing - that's what we're here to help you with! :) Now I guess it comes down to brainstorming more ideas to get the word out.
Kelly (Diva Booknerd) wrote: "It can be changed, wanted to keep it private and leave it up to Rachael to decide. On the banner and stuff too :)"Yep, I agree - best to leave it to Rachael to choose where she wants the group to go.
Kelly (Diva Booknerd) wrote: "I haven't. I took myself off as admin, but if you look on the right hand side, you can see in your options that you can invite people. I've made this as a secret group, just in case we want to disc..."Okay - I suppose it does make it all the more exciting to have this group as a special place to share our ideas!
Hi everyone,This is already up in the Australian YA Bloggers & Readers group, but I just thought I'd put the banner and blog button I made here for easy access!
