I really like the author so I hope that's all it is. It's interesting, isn't it, how the narration of the audiobook can make or break one's enjoyment of it?

20. Our Little Secret by Kiersten Modlin

I will miss the group, too. However, there is nothing stopping you from doing these Challenges on your own. I know I’ll try to continue doing some of them."
I've been doing the alpha challenges on my own for title and author since the early 2000's when I heard about it on Bookcrossing. Funnily enough, I've never been able to complete either! LOL

I am interested to hear your thoughts on it when you read it. It was just OK for me.

Run #3
1. One Night Only by Catherine Walsh AB
2. One of Those Flings by Lauren Blakely AB ("One" is common to 1 and 2)
3. Those Empty Eyes by Charlie Donlea AB ("Those" is common to 2 and 3)
4. The Empty Nest by Sue Watson AB ("Empty" is common to 3 and 4)

I have had so much fun with these challenges while 2,400 books/audiobooks stare at me with squinty eyes in condemnation. lol
Sure going to miss this group.

Run #2
1. The Girl in the Ice by Robert Bryndza EB
2. Ella's Ice-Cream Summer by Sue Watson EB ("Ice" is common to 1 and 2)
3. Curves, Kisses and Chocolate Ice-Cream by Sue Watson EB ("Cream" is common to 2 and 3)
4. The Loveliest Chocolate Shop in Paris by Jenny Colgan EB ("Chocolate" is common to 3 and 4)

For me, the theme link challenge was much tougher, but the biggest problem I have with the title link is deciding which book to go with when I have multiple options with a specific word in the title. I have gone back numerous times and changed upcoming lists. LOL

It definitely can be a challenge sometimes, for sure!

Run #1
1. Wife Support System by Kathleen Whyman
2. The New Wife by Sue Watson ("Wife" is common to 1 and 2)
3. In a New York Minute by Kate Spencer ("New" is common to 2 and 3)
4. The Werewolf's 15 Minutes by Jonathan Maberry ("Minute(s)" is common to 3 and 4)

I had really high hopes for it.

Yes, King is either fantastic or a flop for me, it seems. I loved Misery, 11/22/63, The Green Mile and The Shawshank Redemption.
