142072 I’m in need of ARC readers for my upcoming novel. If you’re interested, please message me so I can get you an ebook copy.

It’s teen friendly and will appeal to fantasy/otherworldly readers alike.

The Prophecy of Elow by A.S. Johnson

A multidimensional novel loosely based on Bulgarian dragon folklore with a twist.

The Prophecy of Elow says a child of Elow shall be born in the land of Rah, hatched from a sacred golden dragon’s egg.

The lines between fairytales, folklore, and reality are now quickly blurred as a young college senior, named Arianna, unleashes hidden powers no one sees coming.

A doorway between worlds is opening and what awaits on the other side, may not be part of anyone’s prophecy.

Thanks, A.S. Johnson

142072 Please submit your novel below. I will be starting my Book of the Week promotion again, starting November 18, 2020.

I believe in positive karma and I believe the kindness you share will come back to you!

RULES TO FOLLOW:

Please post in similar style (it makes it easier for me to share).

You can be a first time author or a multi published author, you all are welcome here. No restrictions on genre.

Your pen name, your novel (paperback or ebook, please specify), genre, brief description, target audience, amazon link to your novel, your social media links.

EXAMPLE:
***
Hello, I am A.S. Johnson. My latest fiction novel is Earth’s Alien Evolution. It is a science fiction novel.
It intertwines many current alien and military conspiracy theories with the concept that humans are the byproduct of four creator races.
*Keep the description to a minimum and brief nutshell.*

Target audience: appropriate for all ages
*Please specify if your novel contains adult context or has age restrictions...*

My novel is/will be available in both paperback and ebook.
The amazon link is: (xxxx)
*If your book has a release date, list it.*

Please follow me on social media: list your Facebook, Goodreads, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, and author website.
***

Each week you may add a new novel to be drawn along with the original submission. So yes, one author can statistically be chosen two weeks in a row for two different novels... Your chance of being selected will depend on how many fellow authors also submit.

One author will be selected each week along with their novel. I will share/promote/ post your novel on my twitter, Pinterest, and facebook.

I ask that each of you that submits, please also promote the Book of the Week and author on one of your social medias.
Tweet it, pin it, or share it.
Everyone will benefit from the extra coverage and with the holiday shopping underway it will be a great way to stir up new readers.

Selection of the book of the week will be random. I literally will be putting your name on a piece of paper and drop it into a box. I will stir it and pull out the Book of the Week author.

One novel and the author will be selected each Monday and the result posted.
New submissions may be posted starting immediately after I announce the lucky novel.

There is no need to post the same novel again, each novel previously submitted will still be in the drawing along with all new submissions.
You may submit another novel each week to be entered into future drawings.

Once the specific novel has been chosen, it will not be eligible to re-submit for three months. This gives everyone else a fair chance of being selected.

So submit now November 18 and I will draw one novel/author of the Book of the Week, drawing will be November 23. 🥳

Thank you and best wishes to everyone! Sincerely, A.S. Johnson

142072 Things that have worked for me: putting out a giveaway on Amazon to help get my new releases noticed has worked really nicely for me.
Also, using the goodreads giveaway system for paperbacks has helped get the reviews needed to catch a few extra readers.
I find myself using Twitter a lot for self promotion. It is a good way to connect with your fan base, gain new fans and readers, and anything free that can help connect your novels with the world is great!

142072 I've opened this new folder so all the Self-published authors can exchange ideas. Tell us what's worked for you? What social media do you find yourself using most to self promote? Tips for gaining readership/fans? Things to Avoid? Writing programs that you've benefited from? Editing programs you like best? Can you recommend an editor? Promotional group?

You get the idea!! Maybe you've discovered something that can help others who might be struggling, get ahead?
