I'm knocking on the door so hard my knuckles hurt but this was my last hope to find her to find clary. A girl probably around my age she was pretty but I am pretty sure she had a boyfriend considering the guy standing behind her so protectivly and they looked nothing alike. "Is there a Clary Fray here?" i asked hopefully. "Um....." the girl turns around probably to consult with her boyfriend. All i heard was Austin........Tyler and Clary.........ok. She looked at me "Ya, shes here just rightthis way." she lead me down a fairly long corridor then my heart broke. Clary was up against a wall with her legs wrapped around a blonde boys waist he must have been Tyler. All of my thoughts didnt matter cause i flung myself at him and we hit the ground. "JACE WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING!!!!" I heard Clary scream. Then woohoooo Austin comes runing around the corner with a sereph blade great i thought what a wonderful immpression i made.

Clary POV
(1 month later)

So i keep in touch with my parents but they don't know where I am. Tyler and I began dating about a week ago I told him why i left New York and me and Kennedy once we are old enough plan on becomimg partabai. It was Monday and Sara insisted we get an actual education so we had to go to mundane school which i have to admit was just how i remembered it... Crappy. Tyler and I were the only one ready so we waited and somehow his lips were on mine and i was against a wall my hands in his hair and his protectivly around my waist we broke apart for air but quickly reconnected and the next thing i know Tyler is being slammed to the floor by the one and only Jace.....

Clary POV

I walk downstairs to meet the people in the Chicago institute. I'm greeted by a boy 17 years old with jet black hair and dark brown eyes and pale skin he reminded me of Alec, his name was Austin and his girlfriend: Kennedy. She was pretty with golden hair and nice caramel eyes and was just a bit shorter than me but she was 16. Her little sister Audrey had black hair and the same eyes as Kennedy did. Then there was Brianna a tall girl with blonde hair a blue eyes very pretty she was 15 and her brother Tyler he was blonde as well and 18 he was hot. But the introductions were cut short by the institute runner Kennedy's mom Sara. Tyler offered to help train me and i got some new gear from Kennedy.

Clary POV

I woke up and my eyes burned. I probably cryed like 15% of the water in my body out. Jace cheated on me.
******10 hours before******
I was walking with Jace after a night at pandemonium but hes been acting strange. When we got to the institute i told him i have to go to my moms to watch Mariahna while Luke and My Mom go out. After about an hour of sitting with Mari my parents are home so i decide to go and suprise Jace.
I was walking to jaces room when i hear moans and grunts so as absent-minded as i am i open the door and omg my eyes died along with my heart. I threw the food i had picked up from Jace's favorite resturaunt: Taki's. I run as fast as i possibly can to my room and lock the door tears cloud my vision while Jace is pounding on the door "CLARY LET ME IN ITS NOT WHAT YOU THINK!!!!!!!!". "Really cause it looked like you cheatin"!!!!!! As the portal opens Jace breaks my door only to see it closing and a flash of red hair.
