"girl you'll never want to ditch me" he turned to face patch "dude get the hell off me" he said as he pushed pat off of him he then swung three times and missed on the fourth throw pat caught the mans arm and twisted it behind the mans back and threw him to the ground and pinned him til security came and took him away
"not really" he said
"whats wrong sweetheart ditch this loser and come with me" the drunk man said "alright sir i'm gonna have to ask you to leave" pat said "fuck off dude go find another chick" the drunk man said pat then decided to pull the man away from her
as they danced a somewhat tipsy man tried to take amanda and dance with her pat stopped and looked not knowing what hell was going on then he put his hand on the mans shoulder "excuse me we're dancing here" he said the man shrugged it off and continued to try to dance with amanda
he smiled a bit for the first time in awhile as they walked down the street holding hands

He noticed what she was trying to so he held her hand as they walked
He didn't have a response for that they kept walking down the street
"Why would you let him use you as a deal sealer" he said
"Ah ok then" he said as they continued to walk down the street
"Your dad or his dad?" He asked
"A deal what kind of deal?" He asked his curiosity wondered
"What the dinner date guy what's his story?" He asked
"That's their only reason well then they are blinded to see the true person I front of them" he said
"So what else is there to know about you?" He asked
"I couldn't really care about what she does anymore she doesn't mean anything to me anymore if she doesn't want to support me serving the country then there is no point for me and her to be together" he explained
"I used to but let's just say she wasn't very supportive bout me going into the military" he said as they walked down the street
"Well I'm not that surprised to" he said with a chuckle
He took her to the dance floor and began to dance with her
