I agree with everything you said... Fortunately, he will not be like in the Pompeii episode (I liked his character, but he was bit to nice).
I love his voice and his Scottish accent. Matt Smith was always so young and cheery and you did never really know if you could take him serious. And now he got this deep, strong, dark voice and you know he is dead-serious...

It was the same for me!!! Except I had someone to share. After watching the first episode I wrote a text to my friend.

I didn't read many of the comics but from the superheroes I know...
Superman: I don't like Superman, he's just like Captain America this patriotic, stiff character who is just too much superhero... I'm missing a dark side or a hidden secret or something.

Batman: Probably my favourite Superhero, why: Because, BATMAN!!!

Green Lantern: I didn't like the movie but he could be a great superhero.

Aren't that all movies, maybe I don't know all of the older stuff and the Animated Series, but it's all I can say about the DC heroes.

I really like the books and was surprised by the films! First I didn't like the choice of Jennifer Lawrence but now she will always be Katniss for me!!
One of the best book adaptions I've seen in some time.

The movie not bad? It was horrible, the actors didn't really do a good job, the dialogues were horrible and the plot was just really really bad.
I've never seen the Animated Series, but sounds good.

I also thought so, but the trailer is kind of funny... Maybe if I get really really bored or something, I'm going to watch Selfie.

Noooooo, it never becomes Ugh... I started to watch it last year after my best friend told me everyday about it, and I didn't believe her how good it was.
So I was sitting there two weeks before my final exam and I should really have been learning, and I started to watch it!!!! I watched the first season in two days and didn't watch Season 2 because I wanted to wait till I finished my exams... So I watched the first season again and again, countless times! And it doesn't get boring!!! I even spent my time learning some dialogues by heart.

He will perform different to 10 and 11... I guess many younger viewers will not like him, because he won't be a very nice guy anymore! Also the relationship to his companions will not be will not be happy and nice all the time.

Well that might entertain you for some time but it's really really unbelievable hard to wait, but I'm just watching it again and again...

I'm going to watch the premier on the cinema with my sister!!!!!!We were the first ones to buy tickets.

Well, I know what you mean! He's a really good writer of single episodes (Blink, Girl in the Fireplace...) but he isn't the best showrunner! When I'm thinking about Season 5-7 it's all a bit "blurred", I can't really remember what the big story ark was in this seasons :) Well, that wasn't a correct sentence...

Well, 50 years... It's a long time, there happened so many things. And when the 11th doctor regenerated, he used so much of his regeneration energy... There had to go something wrong!

Or David Tennant... Or maybe Paul McGann... This idea was used some times!

Oh yes :) Smaugs voice (and the necromancer) are the best about this movie :)

I read that he will forget who he is... And of course the first episode will be with Madame Vastra, Jenny and Strax again :)So maybe they all help him to find out who he is. Did you see this trailer where he asks Clara what a man he is? Although Sontarans really really look like potatoes, I really like them, especially Strax :)

Return of the King is also my favourite! I'm really excited to see the next Hobbit-Movie, for me they didn't reach the epicness of Lord of the Rings, till now. But there will be the battle of five armies!! And I love the design of Smaug.

Well my favorite shows are propably Sherlock and Doctor Who, but the most impressing show is definetely Game of Thrones!!
