History .... hmm not quite sure if those counts bit you might check:
Science & Human Values, it is quite short but really great.

or/and Cryptonomicon. This one is crossing many topics of math in the beginning of the century. There is Turing and some crypto/mathematical concepts, however the book is written for majority of people, so nothing too fancy.

I am looking for interesting books related to math and science, but also with nice story.
Maybe even a novel.

I read Science and Human Values by J.Bukowski, which fits the description, but it is short story.

Any recommendations ?
