Carved into this deathly stone reads a strong warning."To those who dare challenge this gate be warned, you will enter great pain and suffering. Only those worthy of this portal shall find it. It is well hidden from prying eyes. But once it has been found, above the door way reads: "To those who show great curiosity and great bravery shall enter here. Those who enter shall enter either with great peace and fortune or great Chaos and War! Enter if you shall dare!" 
Carved into the stone above the door gives a horrendous dare. "So you desire to leave? Well you wont find your happiness here, but proceed if you dare! But upon your return, be wary of your surroundings for i shall be watching." 
Above this portal carved into the marble reads a warning. "To those who dare enter here may light follow. Proceed with caution for you may not return."

In this world, it doesnt matter what Character you decide to make. In this world, all creatures are welcome to live here. The good and the evil. This world was created for those that wish to live off of their home world and live with others from the other world.
When creating your character, be sure you know which world you are making it for.In this world, all things evil resides here. For instance:
~Vampires
~Werewolves
~Demons
~Goblins
~Orces
~Imps
~Wraiths
~etc.
Nothing good lives here. For example, an animal shifter or an angel of light wouldnt be living here.
EX2: Woodland elves or also known as Nature elves wouldnt be living in Death Row.
Before making your character, be sure you understand what resides here in this world. This is a world full of all things good.

When creating your Character, be sure you know which world you are creating it for. There is nothing evil(or things that are marked as evil) may live here.
EX: Werewolves-they are a type of shifter but these ones are more man like than wolf like and are naturally marked as evil so they would be found in Death Row rather than here.
EX2: Dark elves or also know as Druid elves would also be found in Death row rather than Shining Light.
I need one more Moderator. I need one to be leader of Shining Light and one for New BeginningIf you feel up to the task, here are your requirements. Moderators approve characters but i can always have a say if i dont agree. If i feel the character needs some improvements, i will say so, otherwise all moderators have the ability to approve characters, but remember i can always have a final say.

When deciding to make a tab, talk with me first before creating a tab(Dragon), i find it rude if you make an action without discussing it with me first. I wouldnt do it to you so i do not wish it done to me.
