What did you rate the Storyteller? Why?


I rated it 4 stars. I would have given it 4.5 if it was possible. I really loved part 2 of the book (Minka's story) and that's the reason for the high rating. The only thing that stopped me from giving it 5 stars was the ending. I felt it was too rushed. I didn't get closure. I felt it needed something! Maybe an epilogue to let us know if Sage gets caught or if Leo finds out the truth. I also was able to figure out the twist about Josef's true identity before getting to the end so that wasn't a shock. Overall I thought it was a good book!

Just finished a little while ago. Wow! I loved the book, especially Minka's character and story! I'm not sure how I feel about the ending though.

I'm at 84%. I have seen the change in Sage that Ashlee mentioned. After hearing her grandma's story Sage seemed like a completely different person. Anyway, I'm off to finish the book. I'll be back later.

I'm half way through the book. I'm reading the story through Minka's point of view at the moment and I am really enjoying it. Very sad, but hard to put down!

I decided to start a new discussion topic to avoid spoiling the book for anyone.

I've read about 25% of the book. So far I find Sage completely annoying. Does anyone else feel the same way? I'm hoping her character becomes more likable as the story progresses.

I'm finding that the more I get into the book the harder it is to put down. That's always a good sign. :)

Yeah I decided to start early to make sure I finish it on time. So far so good.

Has anyone started reading the book? Just curious!:)
