He smiled and kissed me back, gently brushing my hair back from my forehead but then, I heard a knock on my door.

He laughed and kissed me softly again. "Okay?" he asked with a smile.

"You get angry at her like this every time she teases you?" Akex asked. "It must be very exhausting then."

"Okay. I'm leaving." Charlie said with a frown on her face. "You two lovebirds can enjoy yourself."

((I guessed that. Charlottes are usually called Charlie but that is so confusing!!!))

"Then don't support Charlie." I huffed.

"Why don't you just leave?" I shot back at her. "I'm still angry with you, you know." Alex smiled. "You have to admit," he said. "it was kind of funny." "I crossed my arms over my chest. "Who's side are you on?"

I sat there, my legs cramped and hurting. Sweat ran down my forehead. All of us had to sit here. We were trapped. I could see no way of escaping this. I looked at the clock on the wall and then, the bell rang. I was free! School was over.

((All the entries are great! I loved all of your writing!! This is going to be a really tough contest...The 50 words idea was great by the way. Even though it was really difficult...))

I could have slapped him just then. I'd been so scared! "That was horribke!" I said instead. "I HATE you!!"

Thanks!! I prefer fantasy and most other kinds of fiction. I'm usually incredibly possessive about my writing and the only stuff I've posted on GR is fanfic. Talk about being paranoid.

A word limit!!!!! An exact word limit!! I might as well accept defeat :(

(I will try for victory though. This is going to be really difficult.)
