So, multiple times I have downloaded a book and then when I finally go to read it, it’s gone! I guess the archive date passed…but I thought that once it was downloaded, you had it. I guess not. Reached out to NetGalley each time. After multiple emails and multiple days I am always told the same thing…nothing they can do about it. Sorry… 😮😬😕

So…how do you know that you are ‘auto approved?” I didn’t even know that was a thing!?!
