It's been like that for years.
Some people put them in a picture on their profile.
I save the links in a word document for the ones I haven't been able to add hoping one day I can add them to my GR profile page lol.

That's happened to me before as well. There were two versions to "wish" for and I got both.
I just sent the same review to both publishers.

I agree with all of these, especially on the response time. It sometimes sits there for months with no answer.
