129784 Hmpf! I just tried again, and it works now...
Maybe it was a problem that only happened on netgalley.de (I tried from netgalley.com now) :-\

Thanks for your help, Paris. :)

129784 "did you look in your documents file? "

Yep. I double-checked right now, to be certain and I'm not seeing any of the two books. I see all the other requested ones, some twice, because I mistakenly clicked the send button twice...

also did you go into your setting and add netgalley to your approved sender's list?

Yes. I wouldn't have received any of the previous books, otherwise.

I always have to go into my doc file on amazon and sent the files to my actual kindle/fire device.

I primarily do a manual sync (my wifi is generally turned off), and only check my amazon cloud, if the sync doesn't work (happened on my old Kindle Keyboard).

129784 I've recently requested two books from the same publisher and been approved for both (yay!).

However the MOBI files never got to my Kindle Cloud. Netgalley said the book was sent, but I didn't receive anything. I checked with two different Kindle devices and neither saw it after sync.

Luckily an EPUB format was also provided for download, which I could then convert to MOBI.

Has anyone encountered this behavior before?
I read a blog post somewhere about publishers not being able to send books to your Kindle Cloud, but the article was a few years old. So not sure if it's still happening.

Note: I'm a newly active member, and have requested some 10 books in total. I only had an issue with these two books.
