I'm going to quickly layout rules for the moderators of this group.

Before I get into that, I just wanna say that if you have been made a Mod, that's because I think that you would be a good fit/example. Keep in mind that once you're a Mod you're held to a higher standard than I'm holding everyone else. I'm not trying to scare you away, I just want Mods who will for sure be the best fit for this group.

RULES
- All the rules on home page.
- No making other Mods. Leave that job to me.
- If you feel someone needs to be suspended or banned, talk to me about it and I will personally seek further action. Please don't throw anyone from this group without my direct permission.
- Don't do any jobs that is not the one you are assigned to!!! If you start doing everyone else's jobs then I will have to remove you as Mod.

JOBS
There are certain jobs you will be given as a Mod. Here I will layout exactly what is required of you depending on your job.

- Poll Mod - You are responsible for creating and managing any polls we hold in this group. The main poll you will probably have to manage is the OTM polls. For BOTM polls, you are to gather up all the nominations for the month, and post a poll with them. The top three will be the BOTMs. Please don't post personal polls!
- Group Message Mod - You are responsible for any messages that need sent out to all the members of the group. No one-on-one messages are your responsibility. Member of the Month Mod - Your job is to keep a lookout for members of the month and post the monthly updates giving them a shoutout! You will choose1-5 members every month. No more than that.
- Rule-Keeping Mod - Your job is to make sure everyone is following the rules and being respectful. If you find that anybody is not, please contact me before you take any course of action.
