ignore him. i know how it feels because my dad constantly tells me the same thing when im not even over weight or obese. if you look up how much a girl your height and your age should weigh and you are in that weight zone, then don't worry about it. and i'm really sorry you have had to go through that, my dad does the same exact thing. and also don't try to lose weight and eat less if you aren't over weight its not healthy in my opinion

I think later would be better bc some people need more sleep than others
