854 pm, watchin the x files, just relaxing. Quiet saturday night :) hope youre sleeping peacefully at this point shelly, sweet dreams

Ive got two, wash em seperately though. they are quite unhappy when it comes to bath time, but they like the after bath strawberries so they put up with it.

213 pm, thinking its almost lunch time :)

Just started watching a bbc show called the story of ireland. Its pretty good so far, typical doc. Recently i watched penny dreadful and the series from dusk till dawn. Highly recommend penny dreadful, it was great. From dusk till dawn was good too, but not as good as penny dreadful. Well, maybe good is too strong a word. From dusk till dawn the series was ok, thats all. Watch the movie, so much more entertaining.

Tasty baked garlic breaded chicken
Works best with a boneless chicken breast. Preheat oven to 350. Melt a qtr cup of butter per chicken breast with garlic chopped or minced. Drench chicken in butter and garlic, leaving a little behind for later use. Cover chicken in breadcrumbs then put it in a metal baking dish. Dont forget to spray or butter the pan so it doesnt stick too bad. Then, put remaining breadcrumbs in leftover butter/garlic sauce, mix and cover the chicken with the crumbly coating. Bake for 45 mins to an hour, keep an eye on it tho as all ovens seem to differ. Enjoy :)
