No. There should be obviously some set guidelines, but parent your own child. You don't get to parent everyone else's. There are schools that are banning books just because one parent complains right now. Banning books is always wrong. They are pulling things like Ann Frank. Anything that talks about slavery in a negative light. Anything with evolution. Anything they don't like at all. If you want a Christian education, go to private school.

There's a 20 week wait on the book at my library, but it looks really good!

A bit more awake now, so would recommend The Murder of Mr. Wickham by Claudia Gray and A Daughter of Fair Verona by Christina Dodd. Both are the first book in the series.
