Hello everyone, my name is Vern Beachy and I am a former broadcast news journalist, but left the workforce in 1999, a year after I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis.

I have written a memoir (about MS and my wife's death by suicide) and my literary agent is currently shopping around for a publisher. I am writing a second memoir after a new MS drug allowed me to walk after four years in a wheelchair.

I have posted the chapters to A Tear-Stained Letter on this site and I would appreciate each and every comment. Thanks! Vern Beachy
