I voted last Friday. I always try to go within the first few days of early voting opening.

I can relate. My kids were quiet so when they had friends or family over the noise level astounded me.

I read a palette cleanser after Slippery Creatures, away from romance. I'm reading another mm right now, a catch up from last month, but I have a non-romance lined up after this one too.

This has never happened to me before...I'm having a hard time understanding the English narrator 😲😂

The problem I have with FM romance is that authors usually make the FMC weak, whiny and wimpy. The only exceptions I've found is sometimes PNR or the Teen books with badass heroines. It amazes me that some of the same authors who write such weak female characters also write MM Romance with neither character weak or whiny, or wimpy.

I agree with everything you said Frida. This is my happy place. ...and I'm still super sad/mad that I don't get emails anymore, except the GR ads of course, they don't cut those out.
