Thank you! I just don't want to attempt another one. But if I happen across another one I enjoy more, I'll use that. It may be too early to give up yet.

And really, the problem with this book is the writing, not necessarily the MC. Though, it is the MC story. If that makes sense.

I read this one. I'll check in to see what you all think.

So... I started a motorcycle club book for the challenge. If I don't finish it, can I still count it?

I think I'm over 50% but it's just not well written. I am a little bit curious about the ending, but I don't know if I can take the inconsistency in the female main character. And all the other female characters in the book are just stupid. I'm so disappointed because I usually love this author. But this is one of her earliest books. She's gotten so much better. I'm glad this wasn't my first one because I probably would have never read her again. Would have missed out on some good ones.

Any ramble... LOL. So can it count?

Absolutely never would I ever have voted for him, but I don't think the majority of the people who did would have expected this. Yay, Di!!! I'm so glad you liked it. And I agree it should be a movie.

I have been doing lot of rereading too. It's comforting for me. Especially in stressful times.

I can't believe it's April either! After January went on for years, February and March flew by. I'm happy for the Spring weather though.

The painting and roofing are done at the house and I am over the moon about how it turned out. I looks so good! Now to get the AC done! Hopefully they are at the house now. It was toasty in the house yesterday and it's not even hot yet!

I've been rereading the Fantasyland series, and of course I still love it. But I've been reading with a mind to my mom reading it and I don't know if I want her to. LOL!! I do, but I don't. I'm really nervous about all the s3x. Broken Dove has some kink!🤦🏽‍♀️💆🏽‍♀️It stresses me out! 😂

That's so sweet. An awesome problem to have. I have baby fever so bad, but my boys are in NO position to financially or mentally to have children. So I really hope I'm not a grandma for a long while now. I have to get my fix from my great nieces. Too bad they live far away.
