What OTM Mods do: About a week before the end of the month, they will open the OTM nominations so people can suggest things for the month (BOTM, SOTM, FGOTM, FBOTM, MOTM). They will count up a couple of the most voted ideas and put them in the mod chat so other mods can see and choose which things should be for the next month. Job Difficulty: Demanding.
