I will thank you. I now have my surgery date as March 4th and still feeling fine about it all :)

Hi Ivinela and Alexey,
Thank you so much for your wonderful suggestions. My daughter drew me a lovely picture of Dr Glue (along with some angels, a super hero and a tiger) and I have him stuck up right above my bed! I then got all my friends and family involved with the anagrams for ‘incisional hernia’ and my daughter wrote me a funny story using all the words we came up with. Everytime I think of my surgery, I think of a sentence from the story – That’s insane, said the snail! It makes me smile every time and has already taken away some of the stress related to the condition. Thank you so much. After reading your book, I do believe that making fun out of a serious situation will certainly help me to see it in a less serious light :)

Hi Ivinela and Alexey,
I have read your book, Life Can Be a Miracle, and I loved it! I would like to ask your advice on a health issue that I currently have. I'm hoping that you have some activities for me to try (like the ones in your book). I have an 'incisional hernia' which is basically an old scar that has ripped on the inside and although I usually try self-healing, I will need surgery for this, something I am quite nervous about. I look forward to any ideas you can offer.
