1229937 With a title like Thirty Thousand Bottles of Wine and a Pig Called Helga, how could you not be hooked? :).

1229937 Those poems sound amazing - the title alone was fascinating. It's always impressive how poetry can convey so much emotion.

1229937 These look awesome! I'm adding a lot of them to my to-be-read list - thanks for the suggestions! :)

1229937 Thank you for adding the list! You put so much time into adding the links, etc. thank you! It really makes it easier for us to navigate. I’m very appreciative! 🥳

1229937 Thank you for these recommendations! I’m interested in reading them; I wish I could read them in the original language, though. Maybe one day! 😃

1229937 Awesome! Did you like Klara? I adored that book. :))).

If I see anyone with a book or recommend it, I like to look it up. FOMO or ocd? :)).

Bee Sting isn’t helping me figure out Foils tastes. Maybe he knows the author? It’s 650 pages. 😳. It’s very long and doesn’t seem to go anywhere. Has anyone read it?

This reading challenge has really been a lot of fun so far! 😄

I agree! :))

1229937 Hi! I live in New York and Ireland.

My first FAH sketch may have been about the Irish language. At the time, I was teaching it. :)

Favorite sketches include anything with Anne/Oisin or Anne McCormack, but Maths Quarantine is probably the biggest guilty pleasure.

I’ll read anything, but often struggle with sci fi. If something piques my interest, I’ll go on a research bender and obsess for a few months. Life is too short to be able to learn enough or read all the good books. :)

This reading challenge and group was such a great idea. I’m really excited. It’s great to meet everyone! :))

1229937 Hi! Thank you for starting this thread - I wasn’t sure what to do. This is such a fun game. Many thanks to Lisa France for this! When I learned about the group, I happened to be reading three that fit categories! :))). (I’m usually reading a handful at the same time, shuffling between them due to ADHD.).
