sheeeesh! Gotta say this book had some twists and turns. I figured Andarna was her own breed pretty early on and when the whole ward thing was going on at the school, I was like bruh, figure it out already! Did not see Xaden becoming a venin, I actually thought Violet would be the one to like, go there or 'sacrifice' herself
