____________________________________— Only two Kira's will be made per arc. Meaning, as many detectives
as you wish (3-4 Characters per person.)
— Each Kira can specify how they wish to go out in private, to which
it will be kept a secret until the end of the arc.
— History is not required as we will actually be roleplaying from the
very beginning, meaning you're writing your history by being active.
— Due to the fact that their are supernatural elements to this group,
I will allow some kind of extra terrestrial - But you must be very exact
on the story for how they even managed to make it to earth. Even
though history isn't required normally, Being an alien isn't normal
and therefore still requires some kind of plausible explanation.
— If you do not have an image, be thorough in your description.
I am not requiring real-life face claims. Matter of fact I encourage
animated ones due to this roleplays story line.

____________________________________— This roleplay works differently than usual ones do.
— As a way to keep things nice and fulfilling, I've decided to set up
this group to run in arcs'.
— Currently we are in the Quillish Rising Arc. This means that all detect
-ives, 'L' or personal creations otherwise are children and not even adults
at this time.
— This roleplay is surrounded by the anime 'Death Note' and it is noted
that it is recommended to at least look into it and its characters, watch
the show or read the books to understand the plot.
— This roleplay is semi-advanced. All posts must contain at least four
sentences. One-liners are usually okay in other places, but detail is
important.
— Due to the fact that we are in the Quillish Rising Arc, the notebook
does not become usable until the start of the regular arc when the attendants
of Whammy's are about twenty and Light is about seventeen. This allows
cases and history to be written by the users themselves, meaning that history
is not a requirement when making a character as a person can read back
instead to actually see what went down.
— The core plot device of the story is the "Death Note" itself, a black
notebook with instructions (known as "Rules of the Death Note") written
on the inside. When used correctly, it allows anyone to commit a murder,
knowing only the victim's name and face. According to the director of the
live-action films, Shusuke Kaneko, "The idea of spirits living in words is an
ancient Japanese concept.... In a way, it's a very Japanese story".
— The spoiler below is an ACTUAL SPOILER. Do not open if you have no
interest in catching up the short way.
