Yes to both, and a student council member is someone in the student government. Basically, they vote on things like class colors and talk to administration about things like dress code policies if the students agree a change is needed.

there is no rule against swearing but if you're rping with people and it makes them uncomfy you can censor or replace the word. Personally, I have the mouth of a sailor, so I don't make anti-swearing rules
