Nora Ephron's "Heartburn" has the BEST Key Lime Pie recipe, and the way the pie is used in the narrative is wonderful.

I'm about 300 pages in War and Peace (about a 10th of the way through on the e-book version I have).

My number one goal this year is to read War and Peace. But since I always read multiple books at the same time, the sky's the limit! Coming up for the Regent University Library Book club this year: A Pigeon and a Boy and Far from the Madding Crowd. I'm also going to read some of my Christmas books (my favorite type of presents): Pastrix, Grace (Eventually): Thoughts on Faith, The Case for Grace: A Journalist Explores the Evidence of Transformed Lives. And of course there's the stack of partially read books on my nightstand, and whatever catches my eye at the library.
