there’s three books i feel like would also be pretty good to read in the summer but they don’t have that specific “beach” summer vibe, it’s more like spending the summer at a camp or in a small town: a million junes by emily henry, better than the movies by lynn painter, and percy jackson and the olympians - the lightning thief by rick riordan
