Happy Father's Day to your hubby, Brenda - though I know it's a different kind of celebration in today's times.

I know the vaccine is very controversial, but I'm very glad to hear some of you choosing to get vaccinated. I got mine back in July after a very long conversation with my family.

Hopefully everyone stays safe and well.

Happy Tuesday everyone! I've been mia for a couple of days. Sometimes that will happen. In fact...before I forget, I will be away for this coming weekend, Friday through Monday, and will return on Tuesday morning. If I can check in from my phone, I will do so, but any updating that I don't get done Friday afternoon before leaving, I will do as soon as I return on Tuesday.

I'm looking forward to the long weekend :) And it's only Tuesday!!

Hey gang! I forgot to post this a minute a go. You all will start to see some things moving around. Nothing is being deleted, but I am reducing the number of challenge sections, so that's why you will see challenges moving to different sections.

Not to worry - Jillian is helping me sort everything out to the places it makes the most sense. Organization is not a strong point of mine - it is a strong point for her, so everything is in good hands :)

Just an example of some of the changes:
The Read-a-Thon challenge will move to the quarterly section.

The Pick 3 challenge will move to the quarterly section...not to worry, Jennifer - just post it in the usual place and I will move it as I make the changes.

The Interactive Challenge section will go away - everything there will be archived. New Pick 3 challenges will go in the quarterly section as mentioned above.

The Spell Challenge section will eventually go dormant, as we are no longer posting new spell challenges here in Wacky - now, I mean those challenges that are strictly spell challenges (think Pokemon spell out).

The Wacky Challenges section, I will hang on to for now...for a couple of reasons: (1) whenever a member comes up with a challenge, this is the section I've always posted it in (that's not to say it can't change though); (2) while right now I say I will not write anymore very long, open-ended challenges, that's just not very realistic in my world (in fact, I have several in mind that are based on different sports, as well as other things). Plus - there has been at least two requests I think for a new Interactive challenge, and the Wacky Challenge section is where I would post said challenge :)

I hope this all makes sense. Again - not to worry - your challenges will all remain linked just as they are now, and your links will work the same.

If anyone has any questions, just let me know :)
