Puttering About in a Small Land is the only mainstream book besides Crap Artist worth reading.

Transmigration of Timothy Archer is very good, but it's kind of in between mainstream and sci-fi. The other mainstream books range from mediocre to terrible, and I wouldn't recommend them.

Now Wait for Last Year, The Zap Gun and Eye in the Sky are all minor works I like. I think Dr Futurity and The Man Who Japed are among his worst, but then again I kind of like The Crack in Space so who am I to judge.
