The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership Workbook: Revised and Updated

Here is the book I am currently reading and my God! I'm just so amazed at our ignorant I had been in the matters of leadership. I read chapter 1 today and I learnt that the level of your effectiveness is equal to your leadership level.

I am just so bewildered at how John C. Maxwell explained it.

You cannot operate above the lid on your leadership potential.

For me, the book that has had the most impact on my life is "The Alchemist" by Paulo Coelho. It taught me the importance of following my dreams and pursuing my passions, even when faced with obstacles or setbacks.
