Since the next single off of guts came out this Friday, I wanted to ask what your thoughts about it were
Legendborn, it has a good magic system based on King Arthur and his knights( you don’t have to know much to understand it). And there is a romance subplot. 2 books are out right now and there might be a third one.
I actually have copies of the first 2 books, but I had only read a little of it. I think I’ll pick it up and really commit to it. Thank you for the support :)
I feel like I hit a reading slump during the summer, and while I have books I haven’t read yet, I need some easy YA books so I can have fun and get over my reading slump. Thank youu
Better that her lead single from SOUR (drivers license). I think the album is going to be really good.
I liked when I read The Joy Luck Club. I got pulled out of that class but I still bought myself a copy to read on my own. I also liked Of Mice and Men even though it’s pretty sad because it is a good story and my teacher was a good reader.
I haven’t read better than the movies but one of my fave romances in general is Today Tonight Tomorrow by Rachel Lynn Solomon which I love because of the rivals to lover trope and the banter the characters have with each other
Lovely War is set during WW 1. It’s a romance that follows 2 couples and also has elements of greek mythology.
I like Gilmore Girls. It’s fun to see grown mature adults make a fool of themselves. Its great when you want to turn off your brain. Also parks and recreation, april is such a vive
I thought the first book was fine and the second one was interesting. But the third one is funky, the main character doesn’t make good decisions. I actually DNFd it but the first part was problematic and I had to stop. I started watching the show but didn’t get past the first episode. I have one major complaint. THEY MADE CONRAD UGLY. No offense to the actor but in the book he is described differently and I just wasn’t pleased with the casting choice.
Legendborn is one of my fave YA fantasy books. I would also say the Red Queen series but some people have elevated tastes and would not like it, but the romance subplot is entertaining and it has a special place in my heart.
The 2005 Pride and Prejudice film with Kiera Nightly is the best movie I have ever seen I love the book but I like the movie more because it doesn’t take me 2 weeks to get through. Amazing movie please watch
