
I am a meditator (35 years) author and blogger. I am exploring the relationship between meditation and writing, and would like to connect with others interested in this topic. For example, I find that meditating each day before I write helps calm and focus my mind, and thus be more creative. I am quicker to let go, and allow new ideas and words flow into me. I am also using guided visualization (which I consider a part, or an offshoot of meditation) to help me in writing.
Is anyone else using meditation to enhance creativity or writing? Want to chat?
