I absolutely agree with Jenni. Even as a child i knew that union and lived it. I am now 78 and feel this deeply. We are never alone for we walk with and as part of creator.

119800 Hello Everyone
I found this by chance and decided to join. Things usually find me, it is how it works, isn’t it! I have always been deeply spiritual, even as a child, in a way I was born knowing. My path has always guided me and I have followed. It seems when we trust and surrender, we are led so lovingly. I call myself a healer as it’s where I was led, and while Spirt calls me an alchemist which is about transformation in an etheric sense, I think being a trance channel has enabled me to follow a true path. I have had many clients for years and run workshops on ways to work with our own energies for self healing. While I am a Reiki master, it’s more about opening to what is needed. My Lemurian family on the astral, have, taught me ways to heal which are amazing yet so simple. I attune people,to this method as much as is possible.
I also write a lot and have had publishers and editors interested so I need to try and finish all that, but I am so busy doing I. never seem to have enough time! I want to though! On the other hand do I want to be published? If so I feel doing it myself might be better. I think I need a trusted bossy editor! I haven’t felt comfortable with the ones I have met so far. They alll have the wrong energies, not enough light.
I live on a farm in Australia in central Victoria where we run cattle.
My web site is essenceofdivinity.com.au. I also make essences which I sell globally. The notes are channeled as the essences share their process during the unfolding, essences are portals really.
I,will,enjoy reading the discussions here.

119800 I have practiced and taught meditation for many years. In time we become the meditation, we do not meditate, although meditation practices are desirable. It is about being. In this place one embraces truth, love and joy. Yoga calls this Samadhi, but we can’t live in a state of bliss, of absolute union all the time, but it is a state of being too. If stress rises, we become still internally. If we are in a darker energy , we add more light to our bodies and chakras, so in this way, we live it.
I have found meditation transforms people permanently, and science has shown it does, change our brainwaves. I have watched deeply traumatised people heal from meditation when it seemed nothing else worked.
There are many types of meditations, but I often find visualisation works well, for most people as it keeps, their mind focused on the same thing. But the best way with time, is to allow, the meditation to form itself. I find we know what’s best when we can slow the, internal chatter and surrender, it is given to us.
I can write much but this is enough for now.
