How do you define collective - how are you structured and how do you select poems to be placed with you/your publication? It sounds like an interesting concept.

You may enjoy Ted Andrews' books - he has a very nice introduction to ceremonial magic much in the line of Regardie but a bit easier to follow.
I like first person, too, and like to write that way - it is freer. Best of luck.
