I most people don't understand why they are told to meditate. There is a reason why and I have discovered it. Yes it does the things that you have described as you say but there is more to it. There is a sight connected to meditation. Which has not been made known to the casual person who meditates or even the ones taught by the gurus or Yogis. They don't know why they just teach people to do it. In "THE MIDDLE ROOM" I speak of the sight from which meditation comes.

What is known about the bible varies from person to person. There are as many levels of understanding as there are people. I beheld Satan as lightening fall from heaven. Who understands and is able to see the Kudalini serpent. How do we learn the secrets of the dragon. Though it be little known there are somethings that are universal in application. They are practiced the world over with different people groups and religions on different continents. Practiced as Good & evil, Kundalini & celibacy, Yin &Yang. There is a connect and it's time the world knows what it is, be among them that know and understand the universality of the mysteries enter "THE MIDDLE ROOM"
