It’s not like English where you have to read and analyze and think of your own interpretation or anything. In math the fundamentals are laid out for you and it’s up to you to use what you want to solve problems
It’s better than all the other subjects because theres always a right and a wrong in math, no in between. Idk to me it’s like a puzzle and it’s so satisfying to understand and solve problems

I personally leave my phone in another room while I sleep so I can go to sleep without distractions and I don’t stay in bed forever when I wake up and take some alone time before connecting with the world :)
