Hi guys I don't know what to do in this situation so any help would be appreciated
I'm still slightly under 18 and at work there's this porter who is known to flirt with everyone and I think he's probably 23/24. He flirts with me all the time but it's just in a way of asking me how I'm doing and winking and things like that, but we've never been alone before. The other day it was just me and him in the corridor talking probably 1.5 metres apart and it was just general conversation but I could tell he had way too much confidence and was a bit full on. Then he started walking towards me and I was getting really worked up and he stood right next to me (at this point we were both leaning against the wall about 15cm away from each other). He started asking me where I was from and I was getting more and more uncomfortable. I started to awkward laugh but the type of laugh where I was really uncomfortable and just wanted to cry. He started asking what was funny and started laughing and was like 'come on then tell me what's so funny' but in such a creepy way. Then someone started coming round the corner so he started walking away but was like 'see you around' and winked again.
Basically idk what to do because he's known for this, every single person who works there knows and everyone who visits knows as well he's 'the flirty porter' so idk if reporting it would get me into trouble because everyone likes him and I'm scared that people will think I'm overreacting because he hasn't actually done anything to me but I felt so uncomfortable and I'm scared if I do nothing he might keep going. The thing is he's good at his job and gets on well with everyone there so I don't think I should be the one to get him into trouble when he's been like this forever and it's practically his entire personality now everyone knows his reputation and no one seems to think it's a problem
