I'm not very good at predicting what books I want to read ahead of time, because I then feel pressured and don't end up reading some of them, but here are a few titles that I have been eyeing -
-Attachments by Rainbow Rowell
-The 5th Wave by Rick Yancey
-Dash & Lily's Book of Dares by Rachel Cohn & David Levithan I understand this is based around Christmas, but I thought it would help now that the summer heat is coming. :)
-Gregor and the Code of Claw by Suzanne Collins This is the last book in the Underland Chronicles and I can't wait to see how it all wraps up!
In addition to any other books that strike my fancy, this is my list.

I'm on a bit of a YA kick, so at the moment I'm reading The Unbound by Victoria Schwab and when I'm finished with that I'm going to read Cress by Marissa Meyer.

I'm a serial reader.

I only read 2 books in February. I am in the midst of a reading slump at the moment. To try and get myself out of it, I'm reading a couple of my favorite books to get back in the swing of things. :)

I would have to say that chick-lit is one of my least favorite genres in the challenge, so I decided to get it over with right away. I started to read Confessions of a Shopaholic on 2/1 and I finished it on 2/2. :)

Persuasion by Jane Austen is one of my all time favorite books, so I would have to say that Anne is my favorite character. She's level-headed, steadfast, loyal and practical, many traits that I would like to personally work on in my own life.
Sarah wrote: "This is a really good challenge although I have to admit I`m not looking forward to Febuary. I hate chic lit and romance novels but will try to give it a go."I agree, Sarah. February was the toughest month for me to come up with something to read for the chick-lit category.

Book-related
Give me this mountain by Helen Roseveare
He gave us a valley by Helen Roseveare
Yes sister, no sister by Jennifer Craig
I also received a number of homemade items from one of my sisters - a bookmark, some candle holders, etc.
The highlights, however, were the 2- 5 1/2 foot matching bookcases!! I've been organizing and reorganizing ever since I arranged them where I wanted. :)

Oh, yes! This sounds like a good idea!! Good luck to us all!

For your Bible read through, there are a number of websites that break it down into a schedule - reading only a couple of chapters per day. I thought that it might be easier for you (it would be for me!) to do it this way rather than sitting down to read 29 chapters of 1 Chronicles, which might drag a bit. :)
Good luck!!
