I'm Jay and I love urban fantasy and I love love queer books so the overlap here is just perfect. I read The Last Sun in December of last year and it skyrocketed to the top of my list of favorite books. I'm an author myself (of Gay UF), 31, married, and mom of 2 kitties.
Can't wait for the third book! I was following KD Edwards on GR but was too jealous seeing other people review the third book so I had to unfollow him lol

1. They haven't mentioned any other children but they haven't explicitly said that Rune was an only child.

3. I love the idea of multiple Tallas. Rune seems to think he can't have one and I'm interested in why he thinks that? Is it some sort of guilt from his attack? His Brand his idea of a Tallas?

4. Rune's mom died when he was a baby but I don't remember learning how.
