I've been SH free for 30 days now and I'm so proud of myself. I get urges a lot, and that's why I downloaded the app. I also drew a semi colon butterfly for one of the coping mechanisms. If I cut around it, the butterfly dies.
It gives me the whole sense of "I'm responsible"
