How many books do you want to try and read this December?

I keep hearing about those books and I kind of want to read them but I'm also scared of how many there are!

I'm not sure yet since I haven't finished it so I don't have my full thoughts about it. It definitely does have a different feel to it and I think that might be because he's not at school like in the first one. I still really like it but its definitely different.

What are some of your favorite classics? And what books do you think are going to be classics in the years to come?

I know I'm pretty late to the train on this one. But I would like to read The Invisible Life of Addie LaRue

What is on your TBR for the near future?

I know this is kind of late in the month to start planning this. But what would you like to read for the BOTM if anything? Leave your recommendations here.

I am currently reading The Wise Mans Fear. It is so good! This is the fantasy series I didn't know I needed in my life.

I've read Good Omens, Neverwhere and The Ocean at The End of the Lane. I think that one is my favorite. I don't really know why, it just really stuck with me when I read it. I do think the point you brought up about seeing the world through a child's eyes and through and adults was very well done! I thought Good Omens was very funny. And Neverwhere was very good. I love how whimsical his writing is. It feels like you're reading a fairytale.
Did you like American Gods?

I haven't read either of those either! I really like Neil Gaiman's books though. Have you read The Ocean at the End of the Lane?

I think my top favorite underrated book series are, Daughter of the Forest, honestly probably one of the best book series I have ever read. They are so so good. And of course childhood favorite/ I will reread for the rest of my life Bloody Jack

I am currently reading From Blood and Ash. Honestly I'm not sure I really like to book but it's a fun read. Its quick and easy and kind of fluff book that doesn't take much brainpower to follow.

Welcome! Yeah school really does put a damper on reading for fun!

My name is Audrey. I am currently taking a gap year, and because of this new found freedom I have regained my love for reading. I now have time and don't feel guilty I'm not reading a text book. It truly is an amazing feeling.

What are some of your favorite books that you think are underrated and more people should pick up? I have a lot of these.

What would you like to see in this group? I would like this to be a group effort I have a vision for how I want this group to be but this isn't just for me its for everyone. So, what do you all want?
