i have a love hate relationship with poetry so take this with a grain of salt plz

i fell

i fell for people between the pages
with their glamour and beauty
in all shapes and sizes
the ones with the perfect life
and the ones with the tragic backstory
i fell
i fell for the found families
for the dead families
for the people who shouldn’t have worked
but did
i fell
i fell into their stories
their tales
their legends
their poems
as the poets said
they were written in the stars
so when i fell
it wasn’t a surprise
because i saw them in my very own eyes

hey! my names viv and i’m almost 16! rn i’m currently reading blood and honey by shelby mahurin. some of my favorite books would be the cruel prince, aristotle and dante, and recently legendborn has snuck into my heart. i love enemies to lovers, found family, one bed and banter etc. u get the gist. don’t ever hand me a book with a love triangle tho, i will throw it back in ur face.
