I hate to be a stick in the mud, but I am afraid that there are just a few rules...

1. Advanced roleplayers only please.
2. Be fair to the other members.
3. No, your character cannot control all of time and space. Get over it.
4. Swearing and romance are fine, but there is no need to go crazy. And in the case of romance, we really don't need to know everything. Some things are just better left to the imagination.
