Bart didn't know what to do, at the proximity and speed, it would make Owlnight faint for sure. Plus, he didn't have a move to counter it. Suddenly, he remembered two things, one wasthat Psychic is a telekinetic move. The other was that Owlnight thought faster than it moved.

"Owlnight, use psychic and move the Pokemon away!"

"Owlnight, get in the air to dodge it! Then, use Shadowball!"

"Owlnight," Bart said, "I'm sending you in."

Something to think about: if you look at pokedex descriptions, anime, manga, and in-game stories, Arcanine, Dragonite, Tyranitar, and sometimes even gyrados are described as legendary. However, they are all easily obtained Pokemon. So, my theory is that all new Pokemon species start off being so rare that they are called legendaries. But eventually, they become more common as they begin to breed. So, for all we know, one day, we could be walking in tall grass, and a wild Raquqzar will appear and we'll get annoyed, because they're so common.

"One on one battle. No switching out, and only held items are allowed."

Bart looked over to Owlnight, who seemed giddy at the word battle.

"There's no way I'm getting out of this one," he said, "if I say no, Owlnight might kill me."

"Are you looking for a gym as well?"

Bart considered for walking away, but then he heard Oak's voice in his head, "There's a time and place for everything."

"My name is Bart Allen. I'm new to this region"

Bart sighed to himself, and pulled his hat down so that they wouldn't see his face. He thought a bout leaving, but he knew that it would be difficult to escape. He knew they would have just followed.

"Hello," he said to the strange girl.

Bart saw the two headed towards him. He Hagan to walk the other way when one called out to him, "hey, you!"

(Lets start off in Oreburgh) Bart Allen walks out of the airport with his Owlnight in tow. The second one that he exits, he opens its pokeball.

"Let's get out of here, Owlnight!"

"Owlnight" it said, which meant, 'maybe we should check out the city first.'


Bart had to admit that it had a point, and so the two headed closer to the city.

Abilities: Dual Nature- which allows it to become e the Psychic type during battle
Evo chain:
1: Hoothoot
2: Noctowl's
3: Owlnight
Moves: Dark Pulse, Shadow Ball, Shadow Claw, and Psychic
Personality: Quiet and docile at most times. Dangerous for all around it when angered.
Description: Owlnight is a rare Pokemon. It is said that if a Hoothoot destined to become one appears to a person, it signifies a willingness to help the person through a lifetime where they shall frequently dance between good and evil.
Appearance: It is slightly larger than Hoothoot, with the wingspan greatervthan any of its style. Its eyes are slanted, purple lines. Its tail of black feathers resembles a dark smoke.
FoodSource: its a Pokemon, so it mostly eats berries
Where Found: It can evolve from either Noctowl or Hoothoot at night with a moonstone at level 40

Yes, tis a new evolved form of hoothoot that I created. I'll put it in the creation thread, oh wise mod. XD I really need to do something about this absentminded... Hey, look, an Entei!!!!!
