So, it depends on when the track meet is. You should definitely ice it and just try to rest for a bit, to get the splints to heal quicker. On webmd.com, it says that you could take anti-inflammatory painkillers. If the track meet is more than a couple days away, you can try to get inserts for your shoes to help ease the pain.I found these websites that may or may not help:
https://www.runnersworld.com/health-i...
https://www.healthline.com/health/shi...

I hope this helps! Also if it’s too painful, don’t be afraid to speak out and say no. Your health comes first. 🙂

You can only do it on a computer and on the top corner of the comment box theres the words “Insert Author/Book” or something along those lines and a pop up comes up. You can search for a book and then you click the link button and [booktitle: 12456] should be put into the comment box. When you click comment though, it will show up as a link. I hope this is helpful. :D

Choose one, write that for a bit, see if you enjoy it, but then switch to the other idea and write that, and see which one you like better.
I’m writing fanfiction for The Gentleman’s Guide to Vice and Virtue. I’m planning on it being a Harry Potter crossover, but it’s just the world. The main characters of The Gentleman’s Guide are put into Harry Potter, but there’s no Harry Potter, does that make sense? What are you writing?
