Okie! Well I haven't had a very detailed look, but so far I think she's amazing and I love her quirk!

Making a son of Aizawa who has a quirk that whenever he physically touch someone once, that person forgets a memory that they most want to keep safe, and in return, my boi gets to see what it is which makes him very good at getting info. In return, he forgets every interaction that he's ever had with that person before, and to adapt to that, he has files on the people he's ordered to attack/retrieve information from/torture, so that he knows at least why he's even there with that person. Oh! And the longer that they touch, the more memories that person loses that are put right into his hands though by the end, he still doesn't have the faintest of clue of how he got back in there which is why those files are so important for him.

I thought it would be kinda cool to have kind of a designated partner within the villain organization they're in, and they DEFINITELY have tension

Personality: Kiyomizu is as mischievous as she is cheerful, her trademark grin as much of a friendly gesture as it is a warning of tricks and pranks to come. She loves to swim (kinda comes with the quirk) and go to the beach, and she cannot stand the cold.She's quite amiable until you mess with her friends, because she gets quite aggressive and doesn't take any BS. She's smart but not as gifted as some of the other people in her class, so she spends quite a lot of time studying though it's really hard to keep going and not lose focus. There will often be summery and catchy music playing from her room to help her, but a good thing to know about her is that the music she plays almost always reflects her mood at the moment so be warned if she starts playing death metal.
Appearance:
Appearance Description: Mizu has porcelain skin and purple and blue eyes that go surprisingly well with her short choppy and red hair. She's a little under the average height for her age and has a very curvy figure as a plus-size teen. When she uses her quirk, her skin turns very tough and hard, and takes on the shiny scale-like sheen like that of a shark's. Her teeth also turn very sharp and jagged, and she gains gills and small fins on her limbs and back when she dives into water.

Quirk Description: Mizu has the ability to toughen and harden her skin so it's like a shark's, greatly sharpen her teeth, and swim extremely fast at will. She basically gains shark-like characteristics, including a very big craving for fish (And blood sometimes at the smell of it)
Quirk Drawbacks: Repeated hits can wear down the shark-skin, her speed in the water goes extremely fast only through bursts of energy, is attracted to blood because of the bloodlust of a shark and can go into a frenzy at the smell of it, fights in a very simple tank-like style, can't keep her quirk going indefinitely, and her Great White form has a time limit.

Yukio’s quirk is Dracula: Upon drinking human blood, he is temporarily filled with adrenaline along with his physical skills being enhanced greatly. The drawback to his quirk is that after, he is left VERY drained and his stamina is very short so he can’t use his quirk for very long. That’s honestly just if having to drink human blood wasn’t enough of a drawback by itself.
