I can so relate to this "poor life choice", thinking (hoping?) I'm still in my late 20-ties.

I'm currently reading A Court of Mist and Fury, the second part of the Thorns and Roses trilogy by Sarah Maas. Still love the characters, the world building, even more so than in part 1. It's a chuncky book, so I can take my time to savour it.

I started A Court of Mist and Fury. I chose to read it in English, to aid in improving my language skills and learn some new words. The first book captured my interest so much I am looking forward to this second one in the series.

Hi, I'm Kristel, on Goodreads since December last year, so fairly new. English is not my first language as I live in Belgium, so excuse the typo's. I started reading more last year and I felt the benefits of disconnecting from online media and Netflix binges. I found my love for books again so I made a commitment to myself to read a little every day this year. I would love to expand my reading genres, and thought a bookclub could help me with that.
