My name is Kathy Pooler. I am the author of a memoir, Ever Faithful to His Lead: My Journey Away From Emotional Abuse where I share the lessons learned from getting into and out of two emotionally-abusive marriages. Emotional abuse can be as devastating as physical abuse and far more subtle. Awareness is the first step in prevention but action is necessary to stop it and find freedom.
